The School of Dental Sciences, Liverpool - April 2012

Visited with Vicki and leaf1471

Another nice easy explore with no sign of any rocket launchers firing security dogs. There isn't much other tall stuff located around the building, so the wide angle was fairly useless up here. The kit lens was just enough to get by, but I think I shall invest in a telephoto lens soon.

That said however, although the building isn't really that high, it's on top of a bit of a hill, so the views are still quite nice.

History

The School of Dental Sciences at the University of Liverpool is the university's dental school. The dental hospital contains more than 160 dental units, where students train on NHS patients under supervised practice from dentists. The hospital currently accommodates approximately 150 dental chairs, within six teaching clinics for Restorative, Paediatric and Prosthetic Dentistry
