Default Guys Hospital, London 2012 - 26-11-2012, 21:18

11/2012
Visited with Millhouse, Madhat, Leaf, Dr. Howser and Andrew.B

After derping about for a bit trying to get into a deep shelter whilst we awaited the darkness that seems to happen every night on Earth, we decided to head over the tallest building that could be done at the moment, Guys hospital. We took the elevator up and after spending a while trying to find access we were on the roof and enjoying the views. It was my first time doing a London roof and it blows anything that Liverpool or Manchester has to offer totally away. I still enjoy Liverpool and Manchester though, as every building offers different challenges and views from the top, but this place was very very high. After an hour taking photos, it was time to crack on with a game of rooftop twister, and even Mr Blobby came out to play. He always takes over and ruins it though.

History
Guy's Hospital is a large NHS hospital in the borough of Southwark in Central London, England. It is administratively a part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. It is a large teaching hospital and is, with St. Thomas' Hospital and King's College Hospital, the location of King's College London School of Medicine (formerly known as the GKT School of Medicine). The Tower Wing (formerly known as Guy's Tower) is the tallest hospital building in the world, standing at 142.6m,[3] with 34 floors.
