Work is now under way to reopen the lower 2 adits and control the water flow from the mine. In doing so the lower 2 levels will be gated but there is no news so far as to what will happen to 2 level adit or the High force cross cut. If your going to do the trip get it done sooner rather than later otherwise you may never be able to do it.
All am going to say about route finding is firstly find the Incline, Then dont be afraid to climb and follow obvious well trodded paths. Also a harness and either a shunt or croll is advisable for the ladders as there in dubious condition now.
