Funny thing, I was driving through Hawarden today and every time I go through the village I've wondered where this place was. I found it on Flickr a while back and now you've found it for real, nice one.
Nice write up too. Next thing to find here are the air raid shelters on the footpath to the south east of the estate just off the B5125.
