There is but it's only the looked gates and fenced off areas by the bearings. I guess they don't expect people to bother climbing to the middle to bomb it just dump a bomb at the end cos it's easy. Mind you as they tend to wear the bombs these days it'd be as easy to just blow yourself up as you drive across it.
