Today's trip to Cwmorthin was organised by Mine Explorer & what a turnout it was , 24 eager pit moochers met up then trudged up the incline to the gated adit.
NWEX members present were me, Morrisey, Ed, Carabiner, Copy Cat, EWJ & Red Dood.
This place really is a fantastic mine to visit & our 7 hour mooch was only enough to see a fraction of what it has to offer, so needless to say we shall return !!!!!!!

The abseils, traverses, scrambles & scrawps make the place a complete all rounder .
The bridge of death of death(BODOD) was limited to only 5 people as time was pressing, it would have taken a lot less time if a certain NWEX member hadn't taken on more than he could chew & got stuck on the ropes
