I think I have the true name of this place - CRISP DELF MINE.

I found this info:

List of Stone Mines worked under the Metalliferous Mines Regulation Act, in West Lancashire, during the Year 1896.

Owner: William Marsh, Dalton, Wigan
Name of Mine: Crisp Delf
Situation: Dalton
Agent: John Marsh
Minerals worked: Sandstone
Workers Below: 6
Workers Above: 13

I've found some more details but they give away the location.
