Default Tigers clough - 05-06-2011, 15:58

Went for a walk on Friday walking up the stream through Tigers clough (shaws park) Rivington. I was looking for flint when I spotted a man-hole cover in the river. I only know of one man-hole in the area so I jumped out of the river to go take a look.

This is what I found, just a small modern brick room with some brick pillars . Its not really worth a visit but if you're in the area anyway then why not?

Well when I say I found it I really mean that I had some help

I know the pictures are crap but so is my torch I guess I should have at least turned the iso up but I can always go back with more lighting.
