Sarah Towers - Tower Crane, Manchester

Visited with Over

At first I only joked of ever being at the top of this beauty, but then the joke turned serious. I wanted so badly to do it before it was taken down, but unfortunately Sneak couldn't make it in the end. Thankfully Over rang me and asked if I still wanted to do it and then only hours later, there we were, stood at the bottom - looking up in awe.

The climb was nowhere near as bad as I expected it to be, I actually enjoyed it, and the views were stunning like nothing I had ever seen before! This was a really nice end to the night, massive respect to Over for giving me the motivation to do this!

The photos

01: Manchester city centre panoramic

02: Looking down 250 feet

03: The jib and across

04: Me chilling

05: View towards Picadilly train station

06: View towards City Tower

After chilling for a while appreciating the view, we set off back to my house for a well earned sleep.
