Just follow the ledge to the right and then you come to the working face above the slope. Its just then a slide down from there and make your way down the chamber When i say "ledge" its not to obvious as its pretty much non existent Needs a traverse line and then a rope down the slab as a safety line

that sounds more fun than the abseil, needs some permanant rigging lol..

Its the only real solution that avoids the awful rub points which keep killing ropes. Speedy put a load of matting up a while back when we were in there to stop the main ones. He was saying a while ago that he wanted to put some more up but he wont be doing anything for a while now :(
