Take a torch and wellies.

On a more serous note http://www.subbrit.org.uk/rsg/roc/index2.shtml. But you probably already new that. The air can be a little thin in some of the less well ventilated ones.

I've only been in a couple, so I'm no expert. In general I think, if it's not locked then there probably isn't much to see, and even the locked ones are often quite empty. There are exceptions but they are just that. I really enjoyed tracking down my local post and having a look, but I can't help but get the feeling that many are in the same state of emptiness/moldiness. Definitely have a look though, if only to sate your curiosity! All you need is a torch, and possibly wellies if it's wet.

I'd probably suggest Urbexforums.co.uk

They have a dedicated bunch of ROC post explorers with up to date info.

One of the ones in Denbigh is demolished, still listed as intact on Subbrit though.

Its in a small quarry, cant recall which one though.

been to a couple but yorkshire scum have burnt them out. From what ive seen of the nicer ones are really worth a visit. Isn't there a thing for sat navs still that shows you to them all in UK? Wouldnt mind a trip to one again always been amazed by them and the fact they just get left o die..
