No need to say much other than it was a great evening out at the brewery. I got loads of good shots and will just post a few for now as I am looking forward to see how different other folks' shots are. Thanks to everyone who attended for making it such fun.

From the yard looking up.

A traditional copper for boiling up the brew.

Mash tun No.1

Another copper.

In the fermenting room.

A brew of Double Drop with a thick head of yeast. This was just being drained down for transport to the plant at Bredbury where it will be put in casks.

I think the answer to this strange notice may be found in Mendoza's new avatar!

Many thanks to all for turning up and making the tour an absolute pleasure! I can die peacefully knowing I organised a pissup in a brewery...

From Angela:

"Hello Jay,

It was my pleasure to take you round the brewery, you were a great group. I went on your website today - for about 3 hours... You lot are mental!!! I couldn't believe the crane shots. All power to you, you crazy people. Hope you come and visit us again.

Angie
x"

Many thanks again to Angela for giving us opportunities which just wouldn't be possible, and for her admirable knowledge of brewing!
