The history of this place is well documented on other urbex sites, so I won't cut and paste. My dad is in a hospital not far away from here, so I did a quick search to see if there was anything worth visiting apart from my recovering father. Saw a couple of reports, but wasn't expecting the reward I received.
Straightforward access, no hassle, machines, height, ladders, missing floors, just the ticket for a solo Saturday afternoon gig
Spent under an hour in there, and didn't even walk around the outside. Lots to go at photography wise and from other reports I've now viewed, lots more to see that I didn't touch.
Tried to spend a bit of time on the images themselves, I hope they communicate the spirit.
