Default Midland bank, Manchester - March 2010 - 10-04-2010, 10:36

100 King Street

I know this p[lace is high up on alot of peoples list and i was lucky enough to get in the place once again, i hit the place last month on my own again!

This place is massive and used to be home to the midland/hsbc bank, the main banking hall looks untouched since it closed, however the upper floors of offices have been ripped out and left as bare shells. There are some great views from the roof tops, however i visited early one morning so i didn't want to risk being seen out there so unfortunately no external roof top shots.

Also a quick message to thenewmendoza, i copied a few of your shots that you posted of this place when you hit it, i m still learning about where snd what to photogragh and some of your shots were emence so i nicked your ideas hope you don't mind

On with the pics, enjoy and thanks for looking

ha yeah it's quite something, good news on that too it looks like it's being retained, there were a few drawings laying on the floor of the banking hall so had a quick look at them and it's down to stay by the looks of things, wish I d taken a picture of the drawings now. Idiot lol

cheers
