Just a quick update on this site. The Spanish government have finally set aside funding for a restoration project on the walkway. Due to start this year, but knowing the Spanish it won't. HOWEVER, it won't be around in this state for very long, so if anyone wants to do it before it is safe enough for your great granny to walk, you need to make plans pretty sharpish.
I live about an hour or so from this site and I'd be willing to offer short term accommodation for any urbexers that wish to conquer the walkway. As long as I'm not working I'd even drive you and come with you You'd need to bring your own harness and cowtails/ Via ferrata kit.... contact me via here or vie my website if you are interested
