They look great in the mist, and I bet they'd look even better in the fog if you could climb the slurry towers and get above it.

Was there any sign of work going on there? I heard that there was some clearance going on recently.

No, forgot it was there actually, but I didn't really have time TBH. Is the Vulcan open to the public to view?

Excellent work. Cooling towers are such awesome structures I must make a date to explore them myself.

was on the national grid site at the side a few weeks ago and the bloke there thought they were going to put a bio mass generation plant there seen as they cant blow the towers , full of asbestos.
