On't news a couple of days ago, hope the aerial ropeway is saved, perhaps we should arrange a group visit and photograph the place to death

I am hoping that it is just a mothballing rather than the final cut. If the economy picks up maybe there's a chance that the ropeway will run again.

The manager there is a great guy who is really enthusiastic about the ropeway. He has a big collection of historic photos in his office.

I missed that bit of news. I've not seen the ropeway in action, I think they'd stopped for the day when I went for a look.
