Has anyone ever pulled a brick from their house to see where it comes from?

No, but I did pull one out of next door's house to check!

I fear the 1960's build will turn up little of interest. Although I did find an old newpaper under the floor. There were some crap photos in it, I thought maybe you worked for them. :O
