some interesting photos here that show the M6 viaduct at Gathurst (in between J26 &J27) being built in the 60's. A couple more pics on the second page.

No way, I've started a motorway thread....it's like a dream. I'll check that other book Wolfism., thanks.

Have you all seen the exhibition in Preston?
