ive done a report from wigans old town hall as a couple of people seemed interested in it.

access was fairly straight forward, and you notice straight away what a bad state, in some parts, the building is in. the top floor seemed to have begun collapsing. hence why we didnt attempt to go up there. theres 3 floors above street level and a basement, which we didnt find a way into either.
i remember it being in local news that some peedo's were using it as a place to meet up and fiddle kids.

we found a load of ballot papers...


the picture people were asking about. the hole in the floor that cossienick is looking down is were his foot went through. the hole in the wall is were his head and body went through...


signs of people sleeping here and more worrying alot of this was baby stuff. nappies etc...

i must admit, this explore was done a while ago, so i have no idea what it might be like now. maybe worth a return visit to find out...?
