Been trying to establish what this building is, looking on google it looks like it is still in use but i think the photos are outdated as it seems to be unused after a closer look on a recce. I was originally taken by the water tower thing as a high places splore but i am now intrigued by the bigger building behind it.

Just trying to get a starting point really so i can start doing some research and figure out possible access etc
