Default Wardlow Quarry, August 2010. - 23-08-2010, 17:24

This was a nice easy solo explore on Sunday. I think the quarry closed in 2002/3 based on some of the paperwork I found there.

I put the report in the Deeper Section because although it has been stripped of copper, other than that it is really untouched, most windows etc. are still intact which is quite surprising considering how easy access is. I would worry about that changing if it was public knowledge.

Dust.

Control desk for the loading bay.

Conveyor.

Another control desk, this one was for the main plant and conveyors.

I couldn't find any information about it online, other than it is owned by Tarmac.

This place has been done before but due to the good condition the location has been kept low profile. Deeper is definitely the best place for this report if you are going to name it. Glad to see it remains largely untrashed.

It looks much the same now as back then doesn't it. I can remove the name if you think I should, or the mods could do it. I assumed it would be OK in here though?

I reckon it should be ok naming it as you placed it in the Deeper section.

I thought that was 'TB's quarry' when I saw it. Top one. I like places that still have the buttons intact ;-) What does this one do?.......
