In the Ruhr-area of Germany contains many big industries like mines, blast furnaces and much more.
During the last 20 years many are closed, like for instance the mines.
( Its like urbex-heaven ;-) )

Due to this reason there used to be a lot of work for technical educated people.
At this school the kids learned all about this.
Automation, chemics, IT, but also painting and medical care.
Its abandoned for a few years now.
The school moved to a more modern location,
leaving this building with lots of silence memories.
