Welcome gentle viewers. If you like your sites pristine and looking like the folk just went home for the weekend avert
your eyes now and go look at another report. If, on the other hand and like myself, you like your sites decayed and
with nature reclaiming it ... well then this is a report for you.

This place is in bad shape , well striped and chaved. It looks like it's been empty for 10,15 years or more but my
exhaustive research (4 minutes on google) seems to point to it closing as recently as 2007 or 2006 - quite
difficult to believe when you see the place.

The company is still going and is manufacturer of a range of traffic management products including the much
loved traffic cone. The Company was founded in 1982 and as I say is still going - their website is here.

Anyway enough words - time for pictures - Was lucky with the weather - nice bright day and mid/late
afternoon sun streaming into the building.

Reserved parking for management

There are some small holes in the ceilings here and there

Due to the holes in the roof there are parts of this site that are just a touch damp

Rust is beautiful

Thanks for looking.

Nice pics there, love the sunlight! Hard to believe it's only been closed for such a short time.
