Default Wigan Town Hall Scaff/Roof (Dec 2011) - 07-12-2011, 03:34

I didnt have that much time as I had somebody waiting for me. Its not the highest place, but it was nice and chilled out.

Wigan Town Hall in the centre of Wigan serves as the official location where the Office of the Mayor is located and also serves as the location for meetings of the council in the main chamber.
