well, myself and cossienick visited this place last summer at night. we had a good look around, but in the dark, there was no visible way onto the pier so we thought it deserved another look in the daylight. last friday we both mananged to finish work early so we packed up and set off.
the quarry is a little further up the hill and there are conveyor belts running down from the hill, under the a55, then under the railway line and a cycle path, into a large building and then out onto the peir for loading ships...
plenty of fences, barbed wire and anti-climb paint...
the walkway is riggy as you like...
