Finally got round to having a closer look at this place at the weekend. The mill was built in 1907 and was home to the Bamber Bridge Spinning & Weaving Company but has stood derelict for years.* Most of the ground floor has been sealed up pretty tightly so I only managed to access a tiny section of the building. It was pretty dark & empty but this place definitely has more to offer. I'm sure if you could get up to the first floor the whole place would open up Plans were announced recently to build 22 terraced houses on part of the site but there are no plans for the mill itself.
