First of all apologies to Big Jobs, but this really was a spare of the moment thing, it's been at the top of the to do list to abseil down the outside ever since we first climbed the chimney & abseiled down the inside.
On arrival we found some young chavs doin a bit of vandalising so we told them we were the new owners & would let them of if they disappeared quick style.
First job I climbed to the top up the internal ladder & dropped a line down to Morrisey who tied the climbing rope to which I then hauled up & dropped over the edge after Moz had rigged it to the bottom of the ladder.
time for some pics & wait for Mozzer to join me. After chilling for 1/2 hour it was time to go over the edge Morrisey went first shortly followed by me.
What a buzz we shook hands hauled the rope back down wrapped up & fooked off Job done
We reckon the chimneys 160/170 foot which i will confirm later as we knotted the throw line which I'll measure later
