Once the second tallest building in town (yet perhaps the most anonymous) it has now become a car park whilst waiting for redevelopment as part of a proposed 'cultural quarter'. Not much to see but worth it for the rooftop and the two pikeys we scared on the way out. Visited with Bungle, Mendo and Havoc about this time last year.
